In compliance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, we inform you that Edyen, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, “EDYEN”), is responsible for the personal data you provide us and for protecting and safeguarding your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, loss, alteration, as well as unauthorized processing of your personal data.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
The personal data that you freely and voluntarily provide to EDYEN, either personally and directly, through the website or technological application, through the use of our services, in writing, via email, via telephone and/or by other different means, may include (i) image, names, surnames, address, telephone numbers, email addresses, Federal Taxpayers Registry codes, payment methods information, bank account numbers, interbank account numbers, etc.(ii) all the information that the user has provided and/or will provide throughout the contractual and/or commercial and/or labor relationship established; (iii) those data related to the services provided by EDYEN, in the fulfillment of its obligations. You expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.
WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?
We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes:
i) identification and verification purposes, (ii) contact, (iii) offer, quote and provide our services, and other similar purposes. In the collection and processing of personal data that you provide us, we comply with all the principles set forth in the Law (article 6): legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
EDYEN may transfer the personal data it has received and/or collected and/or will receive and/or collect from its customers and/or suppliers and/or workers to its subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or third parties, whether domestic and/or foreign, and/or any competent authority that so requests in order to carry out the purposes described in the preceding paragraph.
The transfer of the user’s personal data is limited to those acts, facts and/or procedures that EDYEN requires to implement in order to be able to comply with its contractual, regulatory and/or commercial obligations in the ordinary course of its operations.
If the user does not express his opposition to the transfer of his personal data, it will be understood that he has given his consent to it.
The company may hire one or more national or foreign third parties, as selected service providers to support the activities of EDYEN and/or its subsidiaries and/or related companies, such as promotion and assistance in the performance of our services, to comply with legal obligations in compliance with current tax provisions, for management and administration of personal data collected through the website and technological application, or by any other means, as well as for purposes of verification of the information you provide us, as well as when required by judicial authorities.
The company could even transfer to such third parties without a commercial purpose, but only to comply with the provision of contracted services.
In no case EDYEN, will market personal information about you to a third party without prior consent from you. Third parties and entities receiving personal data, in terms of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals and its Regulations, have the same obligation to protect the data they receive.
It is understood that you have given your consent to the transfer of your personal data, if you do not express opposition to the transfer of such data.
WHAT SECURITY AND CONTROL MEASURES DO WE USE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The company has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data, which we also require to be complied with by the service providers we hire, including services provided by EDYEN’s subsidiaries or affiliates.
WHICH IS THE AREA RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA?

HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR ARC RIGHTS AND REVOKE THE CONSENT GIVEN?
In terms of the Federal Law of Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, you may initiate the procedure for the protection of ARCO rights before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) within 15 days from the date on which the company responds to your request or, if after the term set forth in the Law, the company does not respond to your request.
As holder of personal data, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of your personal data), or revoke the consent you have granted to the company for the processing of your personal data, by sending your request directly to the Customer Service area through the email account: contacto@edyen.com, Such request must contain at least: (a) name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request; (b) the documents proving your identity or, if applicable, legal representation; (c) the clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are requesting to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (d) the express manifestation to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data and therefore, for it not to be used; (d) any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice at any time. If there are any changes to this Privacy Notice, you will be notified through our website.
